Monday

  • YogaThis class is designed for people who are intrigued and curious about the benefits of yoga but may feel intimidated by it. Yoga is so much more that putting our bodies in seemingly impossible poses. It is about finding a balance of strength and flexibility for each individual person. In this class you will learn what your natural gift is and how to balance out that gift. This class is for people of all backgrounds and conditions. In a small class setting each person can be individually cared for by Donna. 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
  • Pilates MatClasses One hour mat class focusing on abdominal, back, core strengthening and toning. Mat classes (7 student maximum) $22 single class $200 for 10 pre-paid classes 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Pilates MatClasses One hour mat class focusing on abdominal, back, core strengthening and toning. Mat classes (7 student maximum) $22 single class $200 for 10 pre-paid classes 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm
