Focus Physical Therapy & Wellness is located in heart of the charming Upper Upper Montclair shopping district.  Located at 193 Bellevue Avenue, just off of Valley Road, we are easily accessible from all major highways.  If you prefer, we are one block from the NJ Transit Rail (Upper Upper Montclair stop) and the Decamp Bus line.

The main physical therapy room is equipped with state-of-the art rehabilitation equipment.  The exercise equipment used at focus emphasizes total body training, core stability, and stretching.  Exercise equipment at Focus includes:

Total Gym Trampoline for high level plyometric and balance training Slide board advanced training system Physio-ball training Stationary bike Treadmill Cable column strength training

At Focus there are private treatment rooms for acupuncture and therapy sessions that require complete privacy.  Each therapy room is equipped with all therapeutic modalities.

We are proud to provide the Focus Studio, a fully equipped Pilates, Yoga, and Tai-Chi training studio.
