Andrea Smith graduated with high honors from the Helma Institute of Massage Therapy in New Jersey. She earned her 1^st level of Reiki and is a Professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.   

Sessions are always tailored to each client’s specific areas of focus and clinical needs.  The emphasis is always to capture a unique balance that is right for each individual.   Andrea's focus is Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Medical Massage.  These alternative healing modalities create the perfect combination for calming the nervous system, invigorating the immune system and fulfilling the basic need of nurturing and supporting the client.  Therapeutic massage is a wonderful tool for self awareness that helps you understand your body and lead a healthy lifestyle.
